A Secret Recipe That Few Will Ever Have
In a tiny and very modest establishment in the city of Hanoi, Mr. Thin has been preparing what many consider to be one of the best Pho in all of Vietnam. Once we tried it, we decided we wanted to help many more people around the world get the chance to enjoy it too. PDS Indonesia could make it happen!
We are working on developing a farm-to-table concept for Pho ingredients throughout all outlets in Bali. As a result, we have just officially launched a plantation area in partnership with local farmers in February 2023. The objective of this initiative is to consider not just our customers' satisfaction in enjoying quality food made with fresh and organic ingredients, but also our corporate responsibility in developing the potential of local land and human resources.

We made Mr Thin a proposal, but he was very protective of his secret recipe and only willing to bestow it to the right person. It took many visits (and Pho bowls) before we managed to get a face-to-face meeting with him.
He noticed our passion and determination, and decided to close a deal with us (on a napkin) that same day! He trusted us enough to make the decision to become our partner.
We thought that Bali would be the ideal place to begin the Pho Thin network. We chose a strategic location for a small venue and created a brand that respects the original identity, but integrates it into a bolder and more modern concept. Our rule of gold: to follow Mr Thin’s recipe thoroughly!
Things took off quickly (as expected), and we are currently working on our second restaurant on the island. We believe this is only the beginning of a long journey spreading Pho-ppiness!
